Flaky Crispy Samosa Recipe
These delicious punjabi aloo samosas are made with a crisp and flaky pastry dough and stuffed with a spicy potato and pea filling. They are incredibly easy to prepare and leftovers make for an incredible samosa chaat!
Ingredients:
- For staffing-
- boiled chicken cubes one cup
- white patato cubes two cups
- tabular array salt to taste
- mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- onion 1/2 cup
- garlic one tbsp
- ginger 1/2 tbsp
- cuminĀ pulverization one tsp
- coriander pulverization 1/2 tsp
- turmeric pulverization 1/2 tsp
- chilli pulverization to taste
- dark pepper one tsp
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
- a mitt amount of cilantro
- fossil oil 2-3 tbsp
For dough:
- obviously flour 2cups
- tabular array salt 1/2 tsp
- sugar1/2tsp
- ghee 5tbsp
- baking pulverization 1/2 tsp
- fossil oil to fry
Notes:
* rub fossil oil or ghee inward dry out flour good until every grain coated
* Do non knead the dough smooth. The dough should last rough. knead merely until all combined.
* purpose mutual frigidity H2O to brand the dough
* you lot tin too add together peanut, carom seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida if you lot like.
