Very Crispy Battered Spud Wedges
I was going to be healthy and make Oven Baked Steak Fries, then I turned on an episode of Cook’s Country and they are the ones that had to go and bring out a box of Potato Wedges and claim their recipe is even BETTER. Don’t they know that I LOVE those potato wedges.
seasonings:
- dark newspaper 1/2 tsp
- curry powder1/2 tsp
- tabular array salt to taste
batter:
- evidently flour 1cup
- baking pulverisation 1tsp
Method: - cut spud into the desired shape
- blanch inward boiling H2O amongst a teaspoon of tabular array salt for two mins
- take out inward a colander as well as permit dry out the water
- make a thick batter amongst flour baking pulverisation as well as desired seasoning
- now dip spud into the batter as well as pocket-size fry until brown
- serve hot
