Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is one of the best weeknight dinners around! It’s a homemade version of my favorite take-out classic.

Ingredients:

  • leftover jasmine rice 2-3 cup
  • chicken cube ane cup
  • eggs 1-2
  • cornstarch 1tsp
  • lite soy sauce two tbsp
  • night soy sauce 1tsp
  • light-green onion 1/2 cup
  • onion 1/2 cup
  • carrot 1/3 cup
  • white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • sesame crude oil a few drops
  • canola oil
  • hot oil

Method:

  1. cut chicken thorax inwards modest cubes too then marinade amongst 1tbsp of soy sauce too cornstarch for xxx mins
  2. heat upwards two tbsp of crude oil inwards a pan
  3. fry an egg. force inwards the side of the pan or induce got out
  4.  then saute the chicken for a mins
  5. add carrot onion too garlic
  6. cook for 3-4 mins too then add together light-green onion
  7. add leftover rice, soy sauce, white pepper, common salt too sesame oil
  8. fry for a mins too then serve amongst chopped light-green onion too hot crude oil
