Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is one of the best weeknight dinners around! It’s a homemade version of my favorite take-out classic.
Ingredients:
- leftover jasmine rice 2-3 cup
- chicken cube ane cup
- eggs 1-2
- cornstarch 1tsp
- lite soy sauce two tbsp
- night soy sauce 1tsp
- light-green onion 1/2 cup
- onion 1/2 cup
- carrot 1/3 cup
- white pepper 1/2 tsp
- sesame crude oil a few drops
- canola oil
- hot oil
Method:
- cut chicken thorax inwards modest cubes too then marinade amongst 1tbsp of soy sauce too cornstarch for xxx mins
- heat upwards two tbsp of crude oil inwards a pan
- fry an egg. force inwards the side of the pan or induce got out
- then saute the chicken for a mins
- add carrot onion too garlic
- cook for 3-4 mins too then add together light-green onion
- add leftover rice, soy sauce, white pepper, common salt too sesame oil
- fry for a mins too then serve amongst chopped light-green onion too hot crude oil
