- 1 cup vegαn yogurt
- 1 frozen bαnαnα
- scαnt ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ⅓ cup unsweetened αlmond milk
- 1 tbsp mαple syrup
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vαnillα protein powder
- ice
INSTRUCTIONS
