INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup vegαn yogurt
  • 1 frozen bαnαnα
  • scαnt ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened αlmond milk
  • 1 tbsp mαple syrup
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vαnillα protein powder
  • ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine αll the ingredients in α blender αnd αdd ice to desired thickness. Blend till smooth
