INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup (40g) oats
  • ½ Cup (48g) peanut flour
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon
  • ½ Cup (120ml) milk of choice
  • 1½ Tbsps honey (17g)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well
  • Transfer oats to a sealable jar
  • Seal and store in the fridge for 6-8 hours
